His distinguished career includes significant roles at industry leaders such as Intel, Microsoft, and Boeing, where he developed a strong foundation in technology and data analysis. Transitioning into data-driven political strategy, Bill leverages his technical expertise to support election integrity efforts. He collaborates closely with our Chief Data Analyst, contributing his analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Russ, our Chief Data Analyst and Cofounder, has been working with data lists since 1997 and brings over 25 years of expertise in data analysis, direct marketing, and strategic planning. Russ played a pivotal role in managing the direct mailing list forGeorge W. Bush Jr.'s successful presidential campaign, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale data projects.His technical proficiency in interpreting the correct data fields when evaluating National Change of Address (NCOA) lists, addresses the challenges often faced when sourcing data from providers. Russ's meticulous attention to detail ensures that our clients receive reliable and actionable data for their marketing and data investigations.

Lisa complements the team with over 26 years of experience in Information Technology and a degree in Electronic Engineering. Having worked at Microsoft and AT&T as a software test engineer, Lisa excels at simplifying complex systems and making them accessible.
